About The Position

Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join its growing Customer Support Operations department. This role is responsible for providing support to the department by handling more complex customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner, and completing necessary customer follow-up. The specialist will collaborate with colleagues across various departments to assist with intricate customer service inquiries, with the goal of improving the overall customer service experience. Key responsibilities also include noting trends, making recommendations for improvement, building positive relationships, and identifying opportunities based on customer needs and BSNB's existing product suite.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Three years prior customer service experience required
  • Must have data entry and keyboard experience
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications

Nice To Haves

  • Two years prior banking experience preferred
