As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenues. You will answer incoming calls and process email requests, place orders for distribution of product, and build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal/external customers. You will provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our customer base and field sales team, follow up and help improve communication, workflow, and process guidelines, and perform Salesforce data entry. You will also meet required KPIs for PO processing, call requirements and email response time, partner with Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure orders are processed, and communicate and collaborate with the customer service team, proactively engaging supervisor and manager on any issues/situations. You will adhere to all applicable medical device mandated compliance requirements.
