As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenues. This role involves answering incoming calls, processing email requests, and placing orders for product distribution. You will build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external customers, provide accurate and complete information, and follow up to improve communication and workflow. A key part of this role is performing Salesforce data entry and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for order processing, call handling, and email response times. You will also partner with the Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure timely order processing and collaborate with the customer service team, proactively engaging your supervisor and manager on any issues. Adherence to all applicable medical device mandated compliance requirements is essential.
