We’re looking for someone to join our growing team as a Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Accident Benefits department (AB). This role is one of our Claims Intake positions that manages calls with respect to Accident Benefits exposures within an automobile claim. Your work will have a big impact on our customers by providing an effortless experience on every call. Our training will provide you with the confidence, empathy, and the expertise required for your role. Our call centre’s office hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm EST. We work within a Hybrid environment where we have a combination of in office and work from home. Locations are Mississauga (2 Prologis Blvd), GTA East (300 Consilium Place) and Toronto (700 University Ave).
