About The Position
Supporting landscape professionals across the region. American Wholesale Nurseries supplies landscape contractors and property developers across the region with plants, trees, and site materials. As a Senior Customer Service Rep, you will handle inquiries and support commercial clients as they manage their orders and projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally within a wholesale, B2B, or green industry environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage high-volume inquiries during peak planting seasons.
- Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week in a remote setup based in New York, United States.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding plant availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Resolving delivery discrepancies and product issues for landscape contractors and property developers.
- Coordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure wholesale orders move out on time.
- Maintaining accurate account records and order histories within the customer database.
