About The Position

The Senior Customer Quote Analyst serves as the central link between Sales and Finance, driving inflation, tariff, and raw material recovery through coordinated execution, clear customer communication, and rigorous performance tracking. With strong pricing, data, and analytical expertise, you will manage regional pricing governance, KPI reporting, and forecast alignment while supporting customer negotiations and leadership decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience including raw material indices and surcharge practices (steel, resins, aluminum, energy)
  • Experience with tariff rules and pass-through strategies
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid Power BI dashboards with the ability to build and maintain KPI packs (revenue, margin, recovery, forecast)
  • Comfortable with CRM/ERP data and reconciliation
  • Experience with aligning Sales & Finance on definitions, baselines
  • Able to ensure auditability and change logs for pricing actions
  • Business acumen and interpersonal savvy
  • Able to work in a cross matrix environment with complex topics

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate with the sales teams on inflation and tariff recovery initiatives, ensuring timely execution, customer communication alignment, and accurate performance tracking.
  • Customer-facing contact for recovery topics, including tariff pass through, price adjustments, and financial impact explanations.
  • Provide direct support in customer discussions involving tariffs, inflation impacts, raw material adjustments, and pricing actions, ensuring clear and aligned communication.
  • Create, maintain, and validate Raw Material (RM) cost adjustments across the region, ensuring consistency.
  • Act as a key contributor to pricing strategy development, including value-based pricing tools and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Centrally manage sales performance reports for the entire region, ensuring accurate, clear, and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support the development and delivery of monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards, including revenue, margin, inflation recovery, and forecast accuracy.
  • Serve as key contact point between the Sales and Finance departments to ensure alignment on financial reporting and forecast assumptions.
  • Support the Integrated Planning (IP) cycle and the Rolling Forecast process, including collecting inputs, validating data, and preparing summaries.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to senior management to support business decisions or customer negotiations.
