  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant automotive engineering or quality experience, including customer quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, software quality and testing, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading complex technical investigations and coordinating cross-functional engineering work, including setting priorities, guiding problem-solving, and communicating technical conclusions.
  • Strong understanding of automotive quality management systems and standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AIAG Core Tools, and software quality frameworks such as Automotive SPICE (ASPICE).

  • Hands-on technical depth in one or more areas such as acoustics, transducer and acoustic structure performance, electronics and amplifiers, systems design and integration, product test and assurance, or hardware/software product lifecycle management, and ability to apply that expertise to complex field failure investigations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting test results, field data, statistical trends, and software logs where applicable; ability to assess technical evidence, set priorities, and communicate conclusions to customers and senior leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams, manufacturing partners, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering organizations.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
