About The Position

Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Sr. Customer Operations Specialist to our West Chester, PA corporate headquarters. The Sr. Customer Operations Specialist oversees the backbone of our sales organization—ensuring that from the moment a customer places an order to the second we collect payment, the process is seamless and we deliver best-in-class support. You will assist a team responsible for the day-to-day execution of order management and account management while driving strategic improvements while leveraging Power BI insights and cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Success, or Supply Chain, with at least 1–2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong skills in Power BI and ERP systems such as QAD and strong proficiency in Excel (vlookup & pivot tables).
  • A deep understanding of how orders flow through the business, including the financial implications of revenue recognition and front-end order processes.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities shift quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Order & Inventory Management Assist to oversee the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring accuracy in order entry, pricing, and fulfillment.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, manage back orders, and provide realistic ETAs to the sales team.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex order issues, shipping discrepancies, or credit holds.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency Identify bottlenecks in the current sales-to-delivery pipeline and implement automated or streamlined solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all sales support processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Data Analytics & Power BI Reporting Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs such as order cycle time, fill rates, and OTS.
  • Assist with providing weekly and monthly sales reporting for the business to your department Director.
  • Identify gaps and provide potential solutions.
  • Customer Management & Collaboration Work closely with Finance (Accounts Receivable), Logistics, and Sales to resolve friction points.
  • Ensure the team provides best-in-class service to key accounts, maintaining high satisfaction through proactive communication and strong oversight.
