About The Position

Lasko Products is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to join their sales team at their West Chester, PA headquarters. This role serves as the backbone of sales operations, ensuring the sales team can sell effectively, customers receive orders seamlessly, and product/portals are managed appropriately. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, managing tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Strong experience with Power BI (data visualization)
Strong experience with Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably QAD)
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zendesk)
Enjoy problem-solving
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to translate complex data into clear updates for the sales team and external partners

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of various customer-facing portals (EDI, 3rd party procurement sites, etc.) to ensure all documentation, certifications, and listings are current and accurate.
Act as the internal point of contact for key accounts, resolving administrative hurdles and ensuring a best-in-class experience.
Manage and audit master price lists, ensuring promotional pricing, tiered discounts, and contract-specific rates are updated accurately across all systems.
Monitor stock levels in real time and collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to communicate lead times or stock-outs to the sales team and customers.
Oversee the order lifecycle from initial entry to final delivery, ensuring shipping requirements and customer-specific requirements are met.
Proactively resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or invoicing errors.
Maintain and build dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs, sales trends, and inventory turnover.
Perform regular audits of ERP data to ensure accuracy for the sales department.
