As a Sr Customer Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, deepen guest relationships, and drive business performance. This role is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, campaign performance, and omnichannel engagement to uncover opportunities that drive guest acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty.
