YOOBIC is looking for a Senior Customer Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Implementation & Services team on our US team. As a Senior Customer Implementation Consultant, you will lead complex enterprise software deployments for some of the world's largest retailers and frontline organizations. You will partner with executive stakeholders to understand their business, translate operational requirements into scalable platform configurations, and guide customers from project kickoff through successful go-live and long-term adoption. This role extends well beyond traditional project management. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, designing scalable solutions, configuring enterprise software, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers. You'll combine consulting, solution design, technical configuration, and delivery leadership to ensure customers realize measurable business value from the YOOBIC platform. Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable facilitating executive workshops, configuring software, leading enterprise implementations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support. Just as importantly, you'll help elevate how we deliver implementations by sharing expertise, improving processes, and contributing to the continued growth of our Implementation organization.
