About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and custom signage projects
  • Guide customers through projects from initial concept to final delivery
  • Build strong relationships that create long-term customer loyalty
  • Partner with sales, production, design, and support teams to ensure project success
  • Solve challenges with urgency, professionalism, and creativity
  • Become a subject matter expert on products, processes, and customer solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
