About The Position

This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Site Management team. As an SME, you will be the first point of escalation within the Customer Asset Management team when a Specialist encounters a complex situation requiring advanced troubleshooting. Issues are expected to be resolved quickly and effectively, with findings reviewed for potential process improvements by the Supervisor. This role will also provide coverage when the Supervisor is unavailable.

Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Site Management team.

  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Capability to review processes for improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first escalation point for complex customer asset management issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced customer asset management situations.
  • Review resolved issues for potential process improvements.
  • Provide coverage for the Supervisor when they are unavailable.
