Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three or more years of CRM, database, or business systems experience
Experience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus)
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Experience creating dashboards and reports
Excellent communication and training skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A collaborative approach and commitment to outstanding customer service

Nonprofit fundraising or donor databases
Change management or user adoption initiatives
Excel, Power BI and/or other business intelligence tools
Data imports, data quality, or CRM implementations

Responsibilities

Supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Creating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insights
Troubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issues
Developing documentation and delivering engaging user training
Supporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technology
Participating in CRM enhancements, testing, and future system improvements
Championing data quality and CRM best practices
