About The Position

CRM serves as a vital tool for nurturing these relationships, enhancing customer retention, and transforming first-time buyers into devoted fans. We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to be HOLY's technical and strategic lead for all CRM automation. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution and forward-thinking strategy, involving daily work with platforms like Klaviyo and Chatarmin, alongside planning the future of our automation setup. The ideal candidate will not only create and deploy automated customer journeys but also ensure they are scalable, continuously monitored, and distinctly HOLY in their execution. You will be an integral part of our CRM team, reporting directly to the CRM Lead.

Requirements

  • Hands-on CRM expert: Deep, practical knowledge of Klaviyo (or comparable ESP), including building complex automations, advanced segmentation, and WhatsApp CRM (preferably Chatarmin). Ability to independently architect and launch new flows.
  • Doer with an ownership mindset: Proactive in execution, setting one's own agenda, and taking full accountability for the quality and results of work.
  • Segmentation & personalization thinker: Natural inclination to think in customer segments, lifecycle stages, and behavioral signals, translating this into targeted, meaningful communication.
  • Analytically rigorous: Comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data, running structured A/B tests, and deriving clear, evidence-based actions.
  • Conceptually strong with brand sensibility: Ability to think beyond technical setup, bringing creative and conceptually strong ideas to CRM with a genuine feel for HOLY's tone, brand, and community.
  • Clear and structured communicator: Ability to document work cleanly and translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative by default: Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and actively contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Business fluent in English is a must.
  • German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own all automation flows - operationally and strategically: Build, maintain, and evolve email and WhatsApp flows and transactional campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle, from concept to execution.
  • Segmentation & personalization: Develop and own CRM segmentation logic and personalization strategies. Translate behavioral signals and lifecycle data into targeted communication to increase conversion, retention, and LTV, using data-driven insights.
  • Run structured A/B tests: Independently design, set up, and analyze tests across flows and transactional campaigns. Translate test results into concrete, documented optimizations and implement them.
  • Track, report, and act on performance: Regularly monitor automation KPIs, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and communicate findings clearly and without prompting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Act as a reliable, technically proficient CRM partner to Shop, Data/BI, Ops, and Creative teams. Drive alignment and execute shared projects hands-on.
