The role: We are looking for a CRM Technical Expert (f/m/d) to join our Marketing Department. The role will support the definition and execution of the CRM strategy, including campaign planning, performance monitoring, and results optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing campaigns across multiple communication channels such as Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications.
