The Senior Critical Facilities Manager leads an onsite team of IC3-level site-support professionals and ensures consistent support services across Oracle’s data center campus in alignment with Oracle standards. The role partners with Facilities Operations leadership, service teams, logistics, compliance, and site leadership to improve execution quality, process discipline, and the ability of the site-support model to scale. It does not directly manage plant operations, but supports safe, efficient, and well-governed execution in a 24/7 mission-critical environment. The position is onsite in Saline, Michigan, and requires U.S. citizenship. Relocation assistance may be available under Oracle’s relocation policies. The manager oversees administrative coordination, workflow support, records and document control, scheduling, work-order support, vendor coordination, meeting logistics, and internal site requests. The role ensures records and support systems remain accurate, current, and audit-ready; allocates work and maintains coverage; supports planning and outage forums; and provides leadership with visibility into workload, staffing, process health, service issues, and improvement opportunities. The role also develops staff, reinforces Oracle standards, identifies process improvements, and helps scale support as campus needs grow. The ideal candidate has experience in site administration, facilities coordination, office operations, or operational support, including leadership of coordinators or administrative staff. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience is valued. Experience in operationally intensive environments and familiarity with CMMS, ServiceNow, document control, maintenance workflows, and business systems are beneficial. This is an onsite role in a mission-critical data center environment. Regular attendance, responsiveness, and process discipline are essential. Duties involve frequent walking, standing, sitting, and moving through office and operational areas, occasional stair climbing, and light physical administrative tasks. Schedule flexibility may be needed to support site priorities, operational events, and business needs. Duties must be performed safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Oracle describes the role as an opportunity to contribute to OCI data center operations, work alongside engineering, automation, and compliance professionals, support operational excellence, and pursue internal mobility and role-based technical training. The U.S. hiring range is $126,200–$264,100 per annum; the position may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
