You have strong data fluency and are comfortable navigating large, complex datasets and translating ambiguity into clarity. You can distinguish meaningful signal from background noise and connect quantitative insights to human behavior to shape creative direction. You are adept at investigating and analyzing performance metrics, asking the right analytical questions, and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable narratives that inform strategy and inspire creative teams. You’re comfortable working in ambiguity, connecting dots across audience behavior, culture, and performance signals to shape strategy that is both inspiring and executable. You bring strong writing and presentation skills, and you take pride in the craft of storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of insight, creativity, and execution. You balance analytical rigor with creative intuition, ensuring ideas are both data-informed and culturally resonant. You’ll partner closely with both creative strategy and cross-functional teams to elevate thinking and deliver work that performs.
