The Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy role sits in our Entertainment pod, with a focus on sports, entertainment, and partnership-led marketing. You are responsible for turning partnership marketing needs, from our sports partnerships (teams, leagues, and talent) and NBCU collaborations, into inspiring, insight-led creative strategy that makes our brand more salient and relevant to fan audiences. This requires deep fluency in sports and fandom ecosystems: understanding how fans engage, what drives cultural relevance, and how partnerships can be activated in ways that feel authentic and ownable to the brand. We are looking for a strategist who combines strong fundamentals with curiosity for new approaches, comfortable experimenting with emerging tools, AI-assisted thinking, and evolving marketing practices to develop fresher, more effective strategic springboards & work.
