In our central e-commerce team, we manage multiple brands, with Wolfsblut being our largest and the primary focus for this role. We achieve growth through direct-response marketing, utilizing VSLs and long-form funnels on Meta. Our success hinges on effective copy that converts, with over €1.8 million spent annually on Meta for Wolfsblut alone. Every creative developed directly impacts a real budget, meaning no pitches are wasted. Your hooks are crucial for scaling our efforts. We are seeking an individual who can both think strategically and write compelling copy. This is not a coordination role; you will be the creative lead for our ads, from initial briefing to performance analysis, with full autonomy over your scripts. Your responsibilities include developing VSL concepts and scripts for Meta and YouTube, managing the creative pipeline from hook to testing, creating effective briefs for editors and UGC creators, and establishing a structured testing system for creative rotations. You will also be responsible for the performance loop, analyzing the Ads Manager to derive hypotheses and brief the next iteration.
