Requirements

  • +5 years in a relevant role, ideally media owner or creative/digital/events agency in a Project/Account Management or Production role
  • Significant client servicing experience
  • Experience in building attractive, client-facing decks
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, and ability to create engaging stories out of data
  • Good knowledge of the global media, advertising and social landscape
  • Passionate about branded content and innovative ideas
  • Excellent numeracy & literacy skills as well as communication & negotiation skills (both oral and written)
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Confident self-starter and comfortable working through new situations, with a problem-solving attitude
  • Confidence in establishing and developing new relationships
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English
  • Ideally comfortable being on camera (we often feature in our own social media videos)

Responsibilities

  • Drive different department teams for development and delivery of brand partnership projects, both media and event-led.
  • Communicate priorities, deadlines, developments, and decisions to the team, ensuring delivery within budget.
  • Lead day-to-day client communication throughout the project lifecycle, delivering outstanding client services and seeking upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis of campaign work, translating data into insights and implementing solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships Sales team and Creative Strategists to interpret client briefs and contribute to ideation, strategic insight, and storytelling for proposals.
  • Translate ideas into tangible deliverables that align with time and budget constraints.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, third parties, and colleagues.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the media and events market, conduct competitor reviews, and develop tools and processes to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
