About The Position

Buttermilk is a creative agency shaping the future of the creator economy. We deliver work that’s as culturally sharp as it is commercially impactful, partnering with the world’s most recognisable brands to drive real results and real connection. We celebrate individuality, move with intent, and support ambitious growth without compromising wellbeing. Our Values Celebrate what makes us weird, with care for others Build on intent, not impulse Fail fast, learn faster Be supported by systems, not limited by them Be ambitious, pursue it healthily Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Senior Creative to lead and shape creative thinking across the Uber US account and broader business opportunities. From FYP to emerging digital spaces, you turn high screen time into strategic creative opportunities rooted in culture, community, and the creator economy. You don’t just spot trends - you understand why they matter and where they’re heading. You operate beyond reactive ideas and actively shape creative direction, identifying movements before they become mainstream and translating cultural insight into commercially impactful concepts. Across the account, you will play a leading role in defining and delivering Buttermilk’s creative output across pitches, proposals, and client campaigns spanning influencer, social, content, experiential, and integrated work. You’ll be expected to lead projects end-to-end, influence stakeholders, raise the quality of creative thinking across the team, and contribute meaningfully to the evolution of Buttermilk’s creative offering.
