About The Position

As a senior creative copywriter, you will be creating national campaigns by crafting clear and engaging copy that speaks in the brand tone of voice. In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the Greater Vancouver area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in-person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. Requirements

• 5+ years of proven working experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio.
• Experience working within a creative agency or in-house with a retail brand.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in multichannel advertising and the ability to capture a brand’s tone or identity.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills would be a bonus.
• Experience in UX Writing is preferred, including the ability to develop clear, user-centered microcopy and macrocopy.
• Familiarity with wireframes and the UX design process is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, attractive and compelling copy with a distinct voice for the brand.
• Present ideas to clients and stakeholders that are clear, attractive, and compelling.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills, including storytelling, ideation, and concepts in video, stunts, digital, and social media executions.
• Construct and maintain style guides that outline creative strategy and answer stakeholder needs.
• Champion and contribute to developing the brand voice.
• Collaborate with visual design, video production and other teams to bring your ideas to life.
• Learn and be elevated by a supportive and experienced team.
