About The Position

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company with a diversified portfolio of lifestyle solutions. We are building an AI-native culture and are looking for a writer to join our in-house creative engine, Creative Labs. This role is for a creative force who understands the power of words to sell and resonate. The Sr. Copywriter will bring conceptual range, cultural fluency, and a disruptor's instinct to all projects, writing across various formats and channels with a confident, direct, and impactful SharkNinja voice. This position is not a support role; it requires initiative and a proactive approach to identifying and chasing creative ideas.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of copywriting experience at a creative agency, in-house team, or equivalent.
  • A portfolio that shows both conceptual range and executional craft.
  • Proven ability to write across formats: long-form, short-form, social, video scripts, retail copy, digital campaigns, and experiential.
  • A genuine conceptor who thinks in campaigns, not just executions.
  • Cultural fluency and the ability to write with voice, wit, and relevance.
  • Experience writing for global audiences with an understanding of how tone and messaging adapt across markets.
  • Strong visual thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
  • Comfort working at speed in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborator's mindset and a competitor's standard.
  • Experience using AI tools as a creative accelerant, not a replacement for original thinking.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing for CPG, consumer electronics, home goods, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with creator economy content formats and influencer collaboration briefs.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and write bold, original campaigns across video, social, digital, OOH, retail, and experiential.
  • Develop and write scripts for all touchpoints including social content, video, product launches, and creator-driven formats.
  • Translate complex product stories into copy that feels effortless and human, making technical innovation exciting.
  • Partner with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and designers to develop fully formed campaign ideas.
  • Write for global audiences while staying locally relevant, understanding how tone, humor, and cultural context shift across markets.
  • Bring a point of view into every brief and push back when thinking is not sharp enough.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural conversations, and emerging content formats, bringing those instincts to the work proactively.
