About The Position

The remaining 20–30% will involve broader legal work across the company, which may include commercial and strategic transactions, corporate and public-company matters, and regulatory or operational support. The work calls for sound judgment on complex federal agreements, close partnership with technical and business teams, and comfort moving between detailed contract issues and broader business questions.
