Cascadia Healthcare is a leading provider in the skilled nursing industry, serving communities across Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Arizona. Guided by our mission to be a Force for Good, we are committed to delivering exceptional care while supporting our employees through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Contracts Counsel to join Cascadia Services’ Legal team and support our growing post-acute healthcare organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working collaboratively with business leaders, managing a variety of contracts, and providing practical legal guidance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while developing strong relationships across the organization. Ideally, this position will be based near our Boise, ID or Portland, OR offices for onsite collaboration. We’re also open to considering hybrid or remote candidates with the right level of experience and alignment for the role. The Contracts Counsel will work closely with the Associate General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, other members of the Legal team, home office leadership, and facility leadership. The primary focus of this role is supporting the organization's contracting activities, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a high volume of vendor contracts and related documentation that support facility and home office operations. This position will also play an important role in the implementation and ongoing administration of a Contracts Management Solution, helping improve contracting efficiency, visibility, consistency, and standardization across the organization.
