About The Position

This position is responsible for managing a wide variety of commercial litigation matters and advising in-house business clients on mitigating litigation risk and maximizing business recoveries in a strategic yet cost-effective manner. Candidates should be familiar with legal concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to U.S. civil and administrative cases and should be able to develop and implement plans to effectively manage all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-complaint counseling to dispositive motion practice to discovery, including electronic discovery, expert testimony, trial, and appeal.
