Doncasters is hiring a Senior Cost Financial Analyst in Oxford, Alabama. The role combines manufacturing cost-accounting expertise with forward-looking financial analysis and business partnership. The analyst works closely with the Finance Director, Accounting Manager, General Manager, and Operations leadership to turn financial and operational data into actionable business insights, strengthen financial controls, and support profitable growth. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably within manufacturing.
Strong manufacturing cost-accounting knowledge, including standard costing, inventory accounting, metal cost impact, and material, labor, and overhead variance analysis.
Advanced Excel and financial-modeling capabilities.
Experience working with ERP systems and large financial and operational data sets.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex financial and operational issues, identify trends and risks, develop recommendations, and communicate conclusions to Finance and operational leadership.
Perform manufacturing cost accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, operational performance analysis, and business decision support.
Partner with the Finance Director, Accounting Manager, General Manager, and Operations leadership to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
Help strengthen financial controls and support profitable growth.
