About The Position

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will support the growth and operations of West Shore Home’s corporate departments through a series of tasks including but not limited to sourcing, evaluation, phone screening of internal and external candidates, and facilitating hiring decisions for all assigned positions, including mid-level leadership roles in those departments.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
  • Proven track record of successfully working in a KPI-metric environment.
  • Commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment, filling leadership and management roles, required.
  • Established and active presence on LinkedIn for candidate sourcing, including profile posting and active and passive candidate outreach.
  • Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and testing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting strategies to fill corporate requisitions in stratums I, II, and III, specializing in those designated as ‘General Corporate’ by Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Utilize job boards to engage with passive and active job seekers, sending in-mails, outreach messages and sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Responsible for managing the entire candidate life cycle from sourcing to screening to scheduling to offer, thoroughly and appropriately documenting all data related to the recruiting process in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support the Corporate Recruiting Manager in the ongoing development of Corporate and Associate Corporate Recruiters, including but not limited to architecting and conducting training and skill development seminars to continually level up the skills of the Corporate Recruiting team.
