We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role supporting the development and execution of all aspects of the global financing program of the Company. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop detailed models to support financing and capital projects initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing financial models, and creating presentations to communicate your findings to senior management.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience as an analyst or senior analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment or in the Transaction Advisory Services team of a leading accounting firm.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability in financial modeling, M&A and bank financing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail; adept at multi-tasking to deliver high-priority projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Accounting/Finance designation (CPA/CFA) would be preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data from various global regions and business units.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and supporting materials for board and executive meetings.
  • Review and evaluate business plans from different entities across the organization.
  • Support the analysis and interpretation of forecasting models used across the global group.
  • Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information.
  • Provide analytical support and ad-hoc reporting to the senior leadership team.
  • Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking initiatives.
  • Support other strategic finance and operational analysis projects as needed.
  • Support in analysis of potential M&A transactions and due diligence as required.
