We are seeking a highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Strategic Finance (StratFin) team as the primary architect and technical owner of our Anaplan environment. In this role, you will serve as the platform's lead builder — designing scalable models that power enterprise-wide forecasting, planning, and reporting — while simultaneously owning the workforce economics, compliance, and reconciliation frameworks that underpin financial integrity across the organization. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of financial systems engineering and core FP&A, shaping both the infrastructure and the insight our leadership team relies on.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of building sophisticated, scalable, and dynamic models in Anaplan. Hands-on platform development experience is essential
  • 3–5+ years analytical experience in Data Analytics, Corporate Finance, or a related field, with strong fluency in the monthly close cycle, P&L dynamics, and the drivers behind financial variances
  • A solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and an instinct for identifying when a forecast does not tie to the ledger before anyone else notices.
  • The ability to distill complex financial datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior business partners, and to explain technical system issues in plain, accessible language
  • A "team-first" attitude with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners and other subgroups within Strategic Finance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERPs, as well as BI tools such as Hyperion or Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel fluency is assumed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead Anaplan developer and technical point of contact for the Finance function. You will design, build, and maintain the models, modules, and dashboards that power planning across the enterprise, continuously refining data structures and logic flows to ensure the platform scales with the business
  • Manage headcount targets, monitor spend against plan, and deliver variance analysis that enables leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions on hiring and organizational scaling
  • Act as the primary lead for SOX compliance within the Finance function. You will design, implement, and test key internal controls, ensuring that all financial reporting processes are audit-ready and meet rigorous regulatory standards
  • Implement and manage rigorous reconciliation processes across master data, revenue models, and expense plans to ensure absolute accuracy across all organizational reporting channels. You will serve as the final check that financial outputs tie across systems, files, and frameworks
  • Drive the creation of high-stakes content for internal leadership and external stakeholders (e.g., Board of Directors, Investors, and Lenders), translating complex financial datasets into clear, data-verified, and visually impactful deliverables

Benefits

  • Exceptional health, vision, and dental care
  • Opportunity for equity ownership
  • Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • Fun company outings and events
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401K with company match
