About The Position
This position is for a corporate generalist with health law experience who can address legal issues from a commercial perspective. Primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts of many types and counseling internal clients on a broad range of business, compliance, healthcare and regulatory (Federal and State) matters. The Sr Corporate Counsel will serve as a key strategic partner to our Commercial team.
Requirements
- Corporate generalist experience
- Health law experience
- Ability to address legal issues from a commercial perspective
- Experience with Federal and State regulatory matters
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating contracts of many types
- Counseling internal clients on a broad range of business, compliance, healthcare and regulatory (Federal and State) matters
- Serving as a key strategic partner to the Commercial team
