About The Position

OneDigital is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to own compensation data, processes, and cycles. This independent, internal-facing role is split evenly between analysis and hands-on process ownership. The analyst serves as the subject matter expert and administrator for merit, bonus, and promotion cycles and helps shape the use of compensation technology and AI tools. The analyst delivers compensation analysis, market pricing, and pay recommendations; builds cost models to clarify the impact of pay decisions; and works with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, and other HR colleagues. The role also tests compensation system functionality, manages AI tools used for compensation work, and documents and improves processes. The nationwide typical base salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 per year. Pay depends on skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location. Some roles may also be eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or an annual bonus.
