About The Position
This role requires strong, recognized expertise in instrumentation or at the bench, with the ability to provide quality control oversight. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and refine protocols. This position is expected to contribute to long-term projects and assist in the development of new services, lab, and research functions. Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to take initiative are essential.
Requirements
- BS/BA +5 years in a related research environment (or MS + 2y experience in related field)
- Strong, recognized expertise in instrumentation or at the bench
- Ability to exert quality control oversight
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and refine protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take initiative
Responsibilities
- Support day to day operations and training
