This position is a key contributor within the CRM & Promotions team, specifically supporting CRM initiatives for the online Casino. The role is crucial in executing customer communications and promotional campaigns aimed at driving acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation. The Senior Coordinator will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Data, and Regulatory teams to execute customer engagement initiatives that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
