About The Position

They are creating a team that is passionate about learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers, with a focus on customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insights. The new Hard Rock Digital leverages the established Hard Rock brand and the Seminole Tribe of Florida's success in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality, bringing this foundation to the digital space. This position is a key contributor within the CRM & Promotions team, specifically supporting CRM initiatives for the online Casino. The role is crucial in executing customer communications and promotional campaigns aimed at driving acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation. The Senior Coordinator will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Data, and Regulatory teams to execute customer engagement initiatives that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of real money online gaming customers and how CRM and promotional strategies drive engagement with the Casino product
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, promotions, or lifecycle marketing within online gaming, sportsbook, casino, or a similar digital industry
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Optimove) and/or promotional management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including commercial, product, and compliance
  • An understanding of regulatory considerations across different jurisdictions

Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate pre-planned, seasonal, and real-time campaigns to align with customer needs and commercial objectives
  • Own day-to-day campaign setup, QA, deployment, and reporting across CRM and promotional tools
  • Ensure all messaging and promotional materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement campaign mechanics, targeting, offer structures, and messaging
  • Track and report on campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities
  • Execute testing plans and support continuous improvement initiatives
