We have an exciting opportunity to join our Controls Department as we are actively recruiting for a Senior Controls Integration Specialist. This position reports to the Controls Integration Leader. Requirements

5+ years of experience with machine integration
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Maintains an excellent attitude in all situations
Demonstrate a great work ethic and dedication
Show genuine passion and enthusiasm for the job
Working knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities

Create, develop and integrate process and safety PLC programs using Studio5000 or Siemens TIA Portal
Setup and troubleshoot machine communication protocols
Design HMI graphics, system diagnostics, status and alarm messaging
Integrate robots (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Nachi, Motoman, Panasonic etc.) for various process applications
Configure and integrate vision systems
Integrate servo and VFD systems
Demonstrate proficiency across a variety of software platforms
Train and mentor junior Integration Specialists
