We bring brand stories to life across TV, digital, social, and commerce — delivering high-quality, scalable content that connects with consumers and drives results. CoHo operates as a hybrid model — combining strong internal capability with selective external support — to enable both consistency and flexibility as demand scales. As CoHo continues to grow across brands and workstreams, how we operate becomes critical. We are focused on building a clear, disciplined, and scalable operating model that enables teams to deliver great work consistently. We are seeking a Creative Operations Manager to own and continuously improve how CoHo operates at scale. This is a hands-on role responsible for implementing, managing, and evolving the operational systems and processes that enable our teams to deliver effectively. You will drive clarity across workstreams, ensure projects move efficiently, and help teams operate with speed, discipline, and consistency. You will work across creative, production, and brand teams to ensure work is clearly scoped, prioritized, and executed within a strong operating framework. This is a critical role where you will be relied upon to maintain visibility across all work, drive prioritization and capacity decisions, and continuously improve how work flows through the organization.
