The Senior Content Model Specialist governs, maintains, and evolves New York Life's enterprise content model — the foundational architecture powering our headless digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of experience strategy and technical infrastructure within Experience & Digital Marketing, ensuring the model is accurate, scalable, and aligned to AI-readiness, SEO, and multi-channel publishing needs. Working closely with digital product management teams, technical engineers, content strategists, SEO and analytics partners, this individual ensures content structures support delivery at scale — and that API contracts, taxonomy frameworks, and governance protocols keep pace with a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
