About The Position

KLDiscovery is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead the development of high-impact, insight-driven content that strengthens brand authority, engagement, and drives measurable pipeline growth. This role is for a strategic builder and hands-on operator who can develop a clear content vision and execute with precision. The manager will transform complex legal, technical, and data-driven concepts into compelling narratives for enterprise and legal audiences. This position plays a critical role in shaping KLDiscovery's marketing presence, owning content structure, scaling, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, thrives in complexity, and is energized by turning dense subject matter into clear, persuasive storytelling. Proficiency in using AI as a multiplier for content generation, refinement, and elevation, while ensuring accuracy, tone, and brand consistency, is essential. The role requires a balance of speed and precision, with comfort in cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment where content directly impacts revenue. This role reports into the VP of Product Marketing and Content Strategy.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of content marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, or legal technology.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, technical content for professional or enterprise audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for content creation, editing, and optimization, including prompt engineering and output refinement.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Experience working with SEO/GEO/AIO best practices and analytical tools.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own content strategy aligned to the buyer journey.
  • Develop quarterly content plans tied to campaigns and go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to drive pipeline impact.
  • Create and lead the development of a range of content, including white papers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and other strategic assets.
  • Translate complex eDiscovery topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Develop content that positions KLDiscovery as a trusted and differentiated industry voice.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to support content creation, research, and ideation.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to produce on-brand, high-quality outputs.
  • Edit and refine AI-generated content to meet standards for tone, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Support and elevate sales enablement with case studies and supporting assets.
  • Interview internal experts and translate insights into high-impact content.
  • Optimize content for search and discoverability.
  • Track performance including traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Use analytics tools to continuously refine and improve content performance.
  • Develop and optimize gated content to support lead generation and nurturing.
  • Align content with campaigns to drive MQL and SQL growth.
  • Continuously improve content effectiveness based on conversion and pipeline performance.
