Requirements

  • 6-8 years in B2B content marketing, ideally at a technology company in a category-creation or high-growth phase.
  • A portfolio of work including thought leadership, research reports, campaign content, and case studies, demonstrating specific results.
  • Genuine AI fluency, with daily use of AI tools and a demonstrated workflow for producing content efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong editorial instincts, with the ability to differentiate between attention-earning content and filler content.
  • Comfort working with technical subject matter experts to translate complex information into compelling content for non-technical buyers.
  • Experience owning a webinar or event content program.
  • Track record of connecting content decisions to pipeline outcomes and understanding the reasons for success.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS in a category-creation environment.
  • Experience ghost-writing for a founder or executive, matching their voice.
  • Experience publishing original research that has been cited externally.
  • A point of view on the future of B2B content.

Responsibilities

  • Ghost-write and co-create thought leadership pieces with the CEO and leadership team.
  • Commission and produce original research and data stories.
  • Develop content that defines and establishes the agent-native CX category.
  • Create content arcs for product announcements, press releases, and launch moments.
  • Develop content for competitive campaigns aimed at displacing competitors.
  • Create industry-specific content tailored to the pain points of verticals like Banking, Finance, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Own the webinar program, including topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, live execution, and repurposing.
  • Develop content for events, including pre-event thought leadership, live social amplification, and post-event repurposing.
  • Interview customers to create compelling case studies that highlight their results and impact.
  • Use AI as a force multiplier for research, drafting, repurposing, and distribution, while maintaining editorial judgment.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Product Marketing on strategy and positioning.
  • Utilize insights from sales calls, win/loss data, and market research to inform content creation.
  • Measure content performance based on share of voice, pipeline influence, and content-assisted deals.
