About The Position

Clearsulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst with strong Source to Pay consulting experience to join their team. This role involves helping financial shared services and procurement executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems. The analyst will assist in Coupa system implementations across the full project lifecycle, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communication. The position also includes engaging in internal projects for learning and personal growth, translating business requirements into technical solution designs, acting as an S2P subject matter expert, and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field of study
3-6+ years of S2P or P2P full-life cycle technology implementation experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jagger, GEP or similar.
Technical knowledge across full S2P functionality; catalogs, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice receipt/handling, OCR, invoice processing, payments, etc.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong Source to Pay consulting experience to help financial shared services and procurement executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems.
Assist in Coupa system implementations across the full project lifecycle, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management and communication.
Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.
Translate business requirements to technical solution designs using a solution design document and leading system design principles.
Act as the S2P subject matter expert and provide meaningful insights to clients regarding assessment, finance transformation, vendor selection and implementation.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
