About The Position

Clearsulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst, ESG to support the delivery of ESG implementation engagements. This role involves assisting with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities. The analyst will collaborate with clients and project team members to document business processes, identify reporting requirements, and support ESG reporting initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing project deliverables, conducting client workshops, monitoring project milestones, and researching evolving ESG regulations, reporting standards, and industry trends. The role also requires staying informed on Workiva platform capabilities. This position can be performed remotely or in a hybrid model, with specific in-office expectations for those within commuting distance of a Clearsulting office. Travel expectations are up to 20%.

Requirements

3+ years of consulting, ESG reporting, financial reporting, compliance, technology implementation, or related experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Sustainability, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with Workiva, particularly ESG, GRC, or Financial Reporting solutions.
Experience supporting one or more full lifecycle system implementations.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards, including GRI, SASB Standards, ISSB, CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity supporting ESG disclosure questionnaires and reporting programs, such as CDP, EcoVadis, S&P Global CSA, MSCI, Sustainalytics, or similar sustainability assessments.
Understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and deployment activities.
Experience tracking project milestones, managing action items, and supporting stakeholder communications.
Exposure to sustainability reporting, ESG programs, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, or regulatory reporting requirements.
