Requirements
- You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation.
- You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
- You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
- 5+ years of experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, management consulting, or strategy consulting environments.
- Recent experience supporting strategy, transformation, operating model, or business modernization initiatives.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Operating Model Redesign, Business Transformation, Process Reengineering, Project or Program Management, Finance Transformation, Product Control.
- Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, analytics, or data-driven insights to improve decision making and operational performance.
- Exposure to digital transformation, enterprise transformation, or technology modernization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and business case development capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly through executive presentations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders within Banking or Insurance organizations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and the future of Financial Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Banking and Insurance transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Assess operating models, business processes, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and modernization.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments across financial services value chains and business functions.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, transformation roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.
- Translate business priorities into transformation initiatives leveraging AI, GenAI, digital modernization, data, analytics, and technology enablement.
- Support operating model redesign, business transformation, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness efforts.
- Collaborate with technology teams, ecosystem partners, and client stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
- Support proposal development, thought leadership, market research, and business development activities.
- Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations that support client decision making.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives focused on AI-enabled transformation, operational excellence, and future business models.
