Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.
  • Five (5) years of required Information Technology (IT), or related experience must include: Platforms/Technologies such as: Duck Creek Technology (Policy Admin System), .Net; Programming Languages such as: C#.Net, PL/SQL; Web Technologies such as: ASP.Net, HTML, XML, WCF, API; Scripting Languages such as: jQuery (JavaScript); Source Control such as: Azure DevOps, GIT; Databases such as: Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field and three (3) years of experience in any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience, or related. Must have skills listed above.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate business and technical discussions between the offshore team and clients.
  • Perform coding of new requirements as per client standards.
  • Conduct unit testing of the developed/modified code.
  • Support Business Lead and Business Analysts with implementation approach for the medium to critical functional requirements.
  • Perform work estimation, planning and allocation.
  • Participate in discussion with Project Manager, Team Leads, and team members regarding project issues and processes followed.
  • Fix technical challenging issues and create Technical Impact assessment documents.
  • Participate in Change Advisor Board Meetings and handle technical review meetings for recent ongoing installations.
  • Participate in pre-project business development activities including writing technical feasibility, developing price estimates, and delivering pitches for new work.
  • Participate in performance improvement of application.
  • Perform code review of team members.
  • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
  • May be assigned to and provide products/support to specific industry groups such as Retail and Logistics, Automotive, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, and Information Technology.
