About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with strong project management capabilities and a consulting mindset to lead complex Salesforce and digital transformation programs for international clients. In this role, you will combine functional consulting expertise with end-to-end project leadership, ensuring impactful business outcomes across Sales, Service, and Commerce initiatives. You understand how companies sell, serve, and grow — and you know how to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. Beyond implementation, you will drive stakeholder alignment, manage delivery streams, and ensure successful execution in fast-paced, multi-country consulting environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or related industry
  • Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager
  • Proven track record working as a functional lead or business analyst in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements engineering
  • Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset
  • Experience working in remote and international environments
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Experience working in or with large international consultancies (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Capgemini, or similar)
  • Worked across multi-country project settings, navigating both business and IT stakeholder landscapes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is strongly preferred
  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, B2B Commerce Admin)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and IT transformation projects, from scoping and planning through implementation and successful closure.
  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, resource planning, and delivery approaches to ensure efficient execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams across all project phases.
  • Manage cross-functional and international teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence in complex environments.
  • Apply project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices to manage risks, dependencies, and quality standards.
  • Ensure that solutions align with business objectives, operational processes, and long-term scalability.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and delivery quality while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Lead workshops, steering committees, status meetings, and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, demos, and solution planning during pre-sales and business development activities.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants and project team members in their professional development.
  • Drive a collaborative team culture focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and client impact.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and additional value creation for clients.
