Appian is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Customer Success team, focusing on the Public Sector. This role involves engaging with customers post-sales to develop and implement software and AI solutions on the Appian platform, driving digital transformation and competitive differentiation. The consultant will work through the entire project life-cycle in an agile environment, defining business processes, gathering requirements, launching relational data models, and developing APIs for system integration. A key aspect of the role is brainstorming and implementing AI use cases, applying technologies like retrieval augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models. Collaboration with client technical teams and business users is essential to drive adoption and empower clients to become self-sufficient. The position is based at Appian's HQ in McLean, VA, with an expectation of 4-5 days per week in the office to foster in-person collaboration and teamwork.
