About The Position

As a Senior Consultant, ERP Services Delivery, you will support the implementation and optimization of construction-focused ERP solutions. Working with consultants and client stakeholders, you will contribute to project planning, system configuration, training, and post-implementation support. The role suits someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in helping clients improve operations through technology. You will be part of a collaborative team delivering service aligned with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) model.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in ERP or software consulting, customer support, or related roles.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or another related field.
Foundational understanding of accounting principles, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, purchase orders, and general ledger.
Exposure to construction project management processes.
Experience with Trimble Construction One (Viewpoint/Vista) or similar ERP systems, such as Acumatica, Sage Intacct, COINS, or CMiC.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
Clear, professional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive attitude and desire to grow within a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze client business needs and help translate them into ERP configurations and workflows.
Support project planning, including documentation, scheduling, and task tracking.
Participate in system setup, testing, and data migration.
Provide hands-on training and support to client teams during and after implementation.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support smooth go-live transitions and post-implementation support.
Contribute to business process reviews and identify opportunities for system optimization.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely updates to project leads and clients.
Develop knowledge of ERP platforms and construction industry practices.
