This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare technology environments, enjoys solving complex operational and workflow challenges, and wants to play a meaningful role in advancing the future of patient-centered healthcare delivery. As part of this team, you will help healthcare organizations modernize and optimize digital patient engagement capabilities including patient portals, online scheduling, secure communications, telehealth integration, eCheck-in, patient education tools, and next-generation AI-enabled healthcare experiences. You will partner directly with healthcare executives, clinical stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams to drive implementation success, improve adoption, optimize workflows, and help shape long-term modernization strategies. This position will initially support modernization and acceleration initiatives aligned to Oracle Health’s VA modernization strategy and will contribute to establishing scalable operational models, implementation readiness, and sustainable long-term support frameworks across highly visible healthcare transformation programs.
