About The Position

The Senior Consultant, Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a key member of the Office of Strategic Transformation & Delivery, supporting institution-wide initiatives that strengthen how the university operates, delivers services, and transforms in alignment with strategic priorities. This role partners with academic, research, and administrative leaders to plan, implement, and sustain changes related to people, processes, technology, and organizational capability. The Senior Consultant provides expert guidance on change strategy, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, education, and adoption planning. They lead change activities for complex transformation initiatives and foster a culture of change leadership and continuous improvement across the university community.
