About The Position

We are seeking a thoughtful and experienced Senior Consultant to support and grow Resultant's presence in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role sits at the intersection of client delivery and strategic advisory — working directly with BFSI clients to solve complex operational, data, and technology challenges while contributing to practice development and business growth. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in BFSI environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex client problems into actionable, outcome-driven solutions. You are equally comfortable in a boardroom presenting findings to executives as you are rolling up your sleeves to work through a data architecture challenge with a client's technical team.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted day-to-day advisor to BFSI clients, leading workstreams across data analytics, digital transformation, process optimization, and technology implementation engagements.
Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, executable project plans and solution designs.
Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to surface root causes and co-develop recommendations.
Deliver high-quality work products — including assessments, roadmaps, data models, dashboards, and executive presentations — that drive measurable client outcomes.
Apply deep BFSI domain knowledge to engagements spanning areas such as risk and compliance, fraud detection, regulatory reporting, core system modernization, customer analytics, and operational efficiency.
Partner with solution architects and data engineers to design scalable, cloud-native solutions aligned to client needs and industry standards.
Stay current on BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to bring informed perspective to client conversations.
Work closely with Resultant's horizontal service teams — including Project Management, Data Science, Data Architecture and Solution to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor and support junior consultants on engagements, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Contribute to proposal development, solution scoping, and client presentations in support of business development efforts.
Help build and refine Resultant's BFSI offerings, methodologies, and accelerators.
Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, and internal knowledge-sharing that strengthens the firm's position in the market.
